My Wife Terri and I are to celebrate 32 years of love and commitment to each other this July. We have two daughters, both are in college living in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This was one of the primary reasons for us to choose Imperial, for us to be close to our girls.

For fun I like to travel and see different places, go Charter Fishing on the open oceans and improve healthcare delivery using evidence based research. Terri and I also like the outdoors and our favorite place to visit is Yellowstone National Park.

My immediate goal for Imperial Manor/ Park Heights is to provide stabile leadership which is what I see as the greatness need for the sake of the residents, employees and community at large. I am often asked what I do as a Healthcare Administrator. Although the answer can be very complex because it is an intensely regulated profession where imperfect human beings take care of people with a large range of challenges,….I like to think that I inspire others. I inspire others to do the right thing, at the right time for the right purpose. It is more important to help people find that virtuous purpose in my opinion within themselves than almost anything else that I could do with my leadership position. Employees need to realize that they are a part of something bigger than themselves as an individual and community member, and that the purpose is worthy of that investment of themselves.

Here is something I find inspiring which is off of the Second Hand Lions movie. It is called the speech that every boy needs to know about becoming a man. Of course, it applies to all of us regardless of gender.

In the coming months we at Imperial Manor/ Park Heights will learn that what we do is worth doing. That taking care of the Great Generation and others in our care takes pride and a professionalism that is uncompromising. Anything else is just not good enough for our residents and community members.

We provide a continuum of care from independent and Assisted to Intermediate and Skilled Care. Our mission is to serve the community by providing a home where our Elders can enjoy the highest quality of life possible in the most appropriate setting based upon their needs while providing a comfortable home like environment with privacy, security and independence.

Imperial Manor is a 53 bed skilled long term care facility, providing care for individuals who need 24 hour nursing care an that extra loving attention.

Parkview-Heights provides independent living with individual services or the option of Assisted Living care at 2 levels. There are a total of 36 apartments, studios, 1 & 2 bedrooms.

The Childcare offers a safe and nurturing environment that allows interaction with multi-generations. Daily activities are offered to promote learning and creativity in a friendly, fun and loving environment. A ‘grandparent’ program allows for interaction between the children and the residents of the Manor and Parkview-Heights.
