Bertrand Nursing Home & Assisted Living is a non-profit, long term care skilled nursing  & Assisted Living facility that has been providing care for the Bertrand area since 1973.The facility is Village owned and managed by Rural Health  Development.

As well as rehabilitation services in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy.

In addition, delicious meals are served every day, overseen by a licensed     dietician. Our facility also has an on-site beauty shop.

Our fantastic interdisciplinary team includes members of Administration, Nursing,  Social Services, Dietary, Activities, and Environmental Services departments.
