Nicole Lane, Administrator
Nicole Lane serves as the Administrator for the Wilber Care Center in Wilber, NE. Nicole graduated from Peru State with a degree in Business Administration and has worked in human services for more than 25 years. For most of her career, Nicole has worked in the field of developmental disabilities and mental health in a variety of positions in addition to roles in long term care as a CNA and Medication Aide.
Prior to joining the Wilber Care Center team, Nicole worked as an Area Director for an agency serving persons with developmental disabilities. As a director, Nicole’s top priority has always been quality outcomes for people which aligns with the mission of the Wilber Care Center. The parallel values made the decision to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and join the team as the Administrator in April 2023 an easy one.
Nicole lives in Beatrice with her husband Jason. In her free time, she loves spending time with her children and grandchildren, hosting gatherings, decorating for holidays, and going to live music concerts. Nicole is thankful for the opportunity to spend her days with the fascinating men and women of WCC with rich history and an abundance of great stories and wisdom to share. She is passionate about ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity and respect, feels valued, and Wilber Care Center does everything possible to support residents to live their best lives.
